Cancellation Policy
You may contact us if for any reason you would like to cancel an order. We will endeavor to determine the legitimacy of your request and should the goods still be in our possession, the order will be cancelled. We cannot provide any assurance that an order cancellation will be processed after goods have been dispatched.

Refund Policy
Abie’s reserves the right decide whether to refund you by means of EFT, an electronic gift card or by crediting your account. This will be in accordance with the discretion of the manager.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from us you may return it for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided the fabric is not cut, and items are returned within a week of delivery. Acceptance will also be subject to inspecting the condition of the returned goods.
Delivery Policy
We have outsourced our deliveries to third parties. When necessary, we will provide you with feedback from them on your behalf. You are also welcome to arrange collection from our store at 22 Lewis Avenue, Vereeniging, Gauteng.
